Faith Forum with Dr. Vonnetta L. West: Spiritual Formation and Nonviolent Organizing

This special Red Letter Faith Forum will explore nonviolence as a spiritual discipline and provide key insights on how the application of nonviolent principles both affects our daily lives and effectuates social change.

About the facilitator:
Vonnetta L. West wears many (commendable) hats. She is a Leadership Architect, the CEO of Go West Consulting, a Cultural Consultant, Pastor of Our Neighbor’s House, a Human Rights Advocate, a podcast host, a Content Officer and Senior Trainer with The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center). She is also a self-described Love Monger and Good Neighbor. Vonnetta is an educator who has helped found a computer and professionalism school in Liberia, West Africa, where she resided for two years. Under her leadership, Our Neighbor’s House is building an Educational Center in Liberia.
