taking the words of Jesus seriously

To all my Catholic Friends and Followers:

It is not often that I find an opportunity to speak to you directly and independently. However, an upcoming series of conferences provides me a prime opportunity to reach out to my Catholic audience, particulary those in the college aged group, to make you aware of a movement stiring in the Catholic community. This movement is around the group FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) who will be hosting a series of Conferences all around the United States in January.

These conferences, located in St. Paul, Denver, Baltimore, and Nashville, serve as a wonderful opportunity for college students active in the Catholic churches ministry and mission to come together to fellowship, pray, worship and truly experience a life changing weekend. The Conferences include worship bands as well as phenominal speakers, two of which I know personally, Jeremy Rivera (who is featured in our “Speaker” tab above) and John Leyendecker, and can assure you of their ability to captivate and instill in their audience the radical message of Jesus Christ.

However, you must hurry, the final day to register for any of the Conferences is December 17!

This will be a weekend you will not forget and that will make a lasting impact on your faith and future. I encourage you to check out their website: www.focusconference.org and to view the video below. You won’t be disappointed!
